Tito Bonito, also known as the Cuban Missile Crisis of Burlesque, is an international and award-winning performer, host, instructor, producer, graphic designer and editor. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Tito moved to Chicago in 2005 to study theatre. where he fell in love with it and the resurgence of burlesque as an empowering art form & body positive movement. Bonito made his debut in 2010.

In 2012, Bonito made enough waves to launch a two-month nationwide tour named The Cuban Missile Crisis: US Tour. Allowing him to travel across the country and end with a relocation to Los Angeles; fulfilling a life-long dream.

Within the next few months, Tito created a web series on YouTube called Cuban Missile Series; an un-official spin off of The 8th Degree, a show he had co-created with the #1 Top Burlesque Industry Figure Jeez Loueez and quickly built an audience in Southern California.

Recognized amongst the LA community in the following years, Tito won several awards including "Most Comedic" at the 1st Annual Burlypicks in 2013 and "Best Duo" at the 2015 Hollywood Burlesque Festival with Nikita Bitch Project. He has also received media accolades such as being named one of Time Out's Top Burlesque Performers in LA as well as one of LA Weekly's People of 2016. Since then, he has hosted and performed in countless productions with regular residencies at The Copper Door in Santa Ana, The Globe Theatre in DTLA, Townhouse in Venice Beach, El Tucán in Miami, Florida, and was the resident emcee of Bathtub Gin Los Angeles.

Tito has been a fixture at the Burlesque Hall of Fame since 2017, when he won "Most Comedic" for his infamous boy scout routine. In 2018, he performed twice in the "Best Boylesque" and "Best Small Group" (with Nikita) categories and the following year, he returned to co-host the Thursday night Movers, Shakers, & Innovators showcase with Blanche DeBris and Betsy Bottom Dollar. He has also co-hosted virtual showcases and co-hosted the Mx. Exotic World Competition in 2023.

On top of all of that, Bonito has appeared on the small screen showcasing more of his talents; from modeling and dancing in music videos to acting in several short films and pilots. Tito has been interviewed and featured on burlesque segments for NBC, Naked News, Playboy, and EPIX's docuseries Sex Life.

Tito has also produced multiple shows across Los Angeles, Pomona, Palm Springs, and has also been listed in 21st Century Burlesque's Most Influential Industry Figures in the World consecutively since 2018, charting his highest in 2020, at #7. In 2024, Tito and Jessabelle Thunder became the first burlesque performers to be awarded work visas to tour in Japan thanks to the efforts of Nikita and TheAmericanBurlesque.com.
